Refund policy
The FLOSSOM Return & Refund Policy applies only to orders placed directly through flossom.com. If you purchased an authorized provider please contact your provider to discuss your return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your return window starts on the day of delivery and absolutely no returns will be accepted outside of the return window.
**Accessories and skincare parts are nonrefundable.**
Please examine your order upon delivery for any damage or defects to the product.
FLOSSOM accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped, you will get a full refund immediately. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees for both delivery and returns will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To verify your order, we will need the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or product.
Please DO NOT return the product to the manufacturer right away.
Please send an email to support@flossom.com and get our agreement before you return the goods. We will reply to your email in 3 working days, and more details may be required before we agree to the return or the refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).You can always contact us for any return questions at support@flossom.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
