Warranty Policy
FLOSSOM beauty devices are under the manufacturer's warranty if they malfunction after the initial return period. Under normal circumstances, FLOSSOM LED devices enjoy a 1-year warranty starting from the delivery date of your original order.
If you suspect a significant fault with your FLOSSOM beauty device and want to file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@FLOSSOM.com.
To check if you're within the warranty period, we'll require the name and/or email address related to the order, the original order number, or other details of your order or the product. If you bought from FLOSSOM's authorized distributors, you need to present proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation).
Please allow 3 business days for our customer service team to respond. To quickly diagnose the issue with your device, we'll ask you to share a short video showing the problem.
The FLOSSOM manufacturer's warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.
-The FLOSSOM manufacturer's warranty period commences on the delivery date of the original order.
- The FLOSSOM manufacturer's warranty only applies to LED devices purchased directly through FLOSSOM.com or one of its authorized providers.
- FLOSSOM is only in charge of shipping replacement products under warranty within FLOSSOM fulfillment regions (the US). Warranty requests from outside these regions will be evaluated on an individual basis.
- FLOSSOM or its authorized distributor has the right to replace a defective product with the most compatible product currently available.
- FLOSSOM or its authorized distributor has the right to repair a defective product.
- This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
- Servicing by unauthorized personnel
- Connection to incorrect power sources
- Use with unauthorized accessories
